SHAREABLE MOMENTS CHALLENGE

RTO4 is challenging tourism destinations, businesses and operators across Waterloo Region, Wellington County, Huron County, and Perth County to create their own shareworthy moments to be considered for investment.
We are asking you to be bold, creative and think outside of the box. What could be created that would make visitors (and residents) stop, take out their phone, take a picture and share it with their friends and family?
Highly successful destinations know that Visitor or User Generated Content is key to ensuring that their story is widely told. We encourage you to think about how you will leverage this by inspiring visitors to capture and share your shareable moment.
We are looking for ideas that will capture the essence of a destination’s or business’ DNA (what makes you unique). Each idea should have a clear sense of place, we want people to know exactly where that picture was taken, so they can also experience it for themselves.
$30,000 in total is available for applicants to implement the selected projects. Projects can apply for up to $5,000 worth of funding.
